Our Platform Role

Our website functions purely as a connecting platform between gemstone buyers and sellers. We do not charge any fees, commissions, or service costs for using the platform. Our role ends once both parties are connected.

1. No Involvement in Shipping Important

We do not handle, arrange, supervise, insure, or track gemstone shipments in any way. This means:

  • We do not choose courier companies
  • We do not pack or dispatch gemstones
  • We do not calculate shipping fees
  • We do not provide insurance or customs support

Important: Shipping is completely outside our control and responsibility. All shipping arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers.

2. Buyer–Seller Agreement

All shipping-related decisions are made directly between the buyer and the seller, including:

  • Shipping method (courier, postal service, insured shipping, hand delivery, etc.)
  • Shipping cost and who pays it
  • Delivery timelines
  • Insurance coverage
  • Customs documentation (for international shipments)

Before completing a transaction, both parties should clearly agree on these points. We recommend documenting your shipping agreement in writing.

3. Risk and Responsibility

Since we are not involved in shipping:

  • Any loss, delay, damage, or theft during transit is the responsibility of the buyer and seller, according to their agreement.
  • Any disputes related to shipping must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
  • Our website cannot be held liable for shipping-related issues under any circumstances.

Note: We do not mediate shipping disputes. Buyers and sellers must work together to resolve any shipping issues, potentially with the assistance of the shipping provider.

4. Practical Example

International Transaction Example:

If a buyer in another country purchases a gemstone from a seller:

  • The seller chooses the courier and sends the gemstone.
  • The buyer pays the agreed shipping cost (either directly to the seller or the courier).
  • The seller provides tracking information directly to the buyer.
  • If the package is delayed or damaged, the buyer contacts the seller or courier — not our website.
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as agreed upon during the transaction.
