Participation is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
All participants must complete registration prior to bidding. Registration details may include:
International buyers may participate subject to Sri Lankan gemstone export laws and regulations.
Participation in any auction constitutes full acceptance of this Policy and all applicable Sri Lankan trade and commercial laws.
All gemstones are represented as natural Sri Lankan origin (Ceylon) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Gemstone listings may include, but are not limited to, the following information:
Images and videos are captured under studio lighting or natural daylight conditions.
Buyers acknowledge that natural inclusions, zoning, and minor color variations are inherent characteristics of natural Sri Lankan gemstones and do not constitute defects.
Availability of gemstone certification will be clearly indicated in each listing.

Certification requested after the close of an auction shall be solely at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller.
Bidding shall commence at the announced starting price, quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or United States Dollars (USD).
Bid increments shall be communicated prior to the commencement of bidding.
All bids are final, irrevocable, and legally binding.
The highest bid at the close of the auction shall be deemed the winning bid, subject to seller confirmation.
Certain gemstones may be subject to a confidential reserve price.
Where the reserve price is not met, the seller reserves the right to:

The auctioneer may extend bidding in the event of last minute bids.
All decisions made by the auctioneer are final and non negotiable.
Payment must be completed within twenty four (24) to seventy two (72) hours following auction closure.

Violations may result in immediate disqualification and restriction from the Platform.
The Platform provides its services free of charge and does not intervene directly in disputes between buyers and sellers.
All disputes arising from auction participation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
Legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The Platform acts solely as an independent connector between buyers and sellers.
The Platform:
The Platform is not directly or indirectly involved in any legal process arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
The Platform bears no responsibility to provide evidence, documentation, testimony, or records for any dispute, investigation, claim, or legal proceeding.
All transactions are conducted independently and voluntarily, solely with the mutual consent of the buyer and seller.
All negotiations relating to payment, shipping, insurance, returns, and refunds must be conducted directly between buyer and seller, typically via phone or WhatsApp.
The Platform shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from any transaction.
Following auction closure, the final decision to award or decline the winning bid rests solely with the gemstone owner.

The Platform provides its services entirely free of charge.
No commissions, listing fees, or transaction fees are collected by the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Policy. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
